I'M NOT SURE IF I'M FIT ENOUGH?
Saying you're too unfit for CrossFit is like saying you're too dirty for a bath.
Our coaches will be with you every step of the way and will adjust the workouts
so they are appropriate to your fitness level.
 
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING?
All you need to bring is yourself, some training clothes and a drink.
CAN YOU BRING A FRIEND?
Of course you can! Just get them to book in too.
WHAT IF I'M NOT CONFIDENT ENOUGH TO GO TO CLASSES?
You could arrange a personal 1:1 Introduction course with one of our head coaches to get you ready and confident for our classes, according to your individual and specific needs whatever they are.
CAN I TRAIN TO GET FITTER BEFORE / WITHOUT COMING TO THE GYM?
Yes we can provide online Coaching, training plan, nutrition and lifestyle coaching via our ONLINE REMOTE MEMBERSHIPS
HOW LONG IS MY INTRODUCTION?
It depends? Everyone is different. So once our coaches are happy that you are fit, safe and competent they will get you into FULL CLASSES.
Some may be 3-4 sessions some may be longer, but we will make sure you have sound movement and fitness to progress.
